Our Team Leaders

Peter Ingram

Peter is the CEO of Maine Cannabis Exchange. He started the company with a small home Caregiver grow in 2014. He and his family live in South Portland where he is actively involved as a youth soccer coach. Peter is passionate about the environment and has been the driver behind Maine Cannabis Exchange’s carbon neutral initiative and compostable packaging. He has a Biology degree from Bowdoin College and loves spending time in nature.

Kimberly Ward

Kim is the Chief Operations Officer at Maine Cannabis Exchange. She oversees all aspects of our stores from sales to HR to inventory and accounting. A Maine native and long time South Portland resident, Kim has played a key role in helping make Maine Cannabis Exchange a community resource we are proud of.

John Quigley

John is our Head of Cultivation. In the grow rooms he blends his education in visual arts with his passion for growing plants to create thoughtful and appealing products. John approaches his role at Maine Cannabis Exchange with creativity and pain staking detail. He leads our cultivation, extraction and manufacturing teams with an open mind and kindness.
